If we cannot deliver a usable video file, the order is eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
What is not a production failure
Normal AI variation, a preference for a different artistic result, or missing commercial music is not automatically a production failure. Exact likeness is not guaranteed.
Requesting help
Contact support@example.com with your Stripe receipt. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take additional bank processing time.
