Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every portrait, request, generated video, download, and use of Burning Bridges AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Authorized adult portraits only

You may upload only a portrait of yourself or a consenting adult who has explicitly authorized this AI transformation. Portraits of minors and public figures are prohibited. You may not upload material obtained without permission or use a result to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or mislead anyone.

Prohibited content

We prohibit each of the following categories:

• Pornography, NSFW, intimate, or sexual content. This includes sexualized transformations and non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence and gore. Do not request, create, or share graphic injury, mutilation, cruelty, or glorification of violence.
• Hate speech. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against a protected person or group is prohibited.
• Child sexual abuse material and other child-unsafe content. We apply zero tolerance. No image of a minor may be uploaded for any purpose, and any suspected CSAM or child exploitation is prohibited.
• Deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, and unauthorized real-person content. Public figures, political content, fabricated statements, misleading identity claims, and any use intended to make AI output appear authentic are prohibited.
• Copyright and trademark infringement. Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

Fraud, scams, illegal activity, harassment, attempts to bypass safeguards, and use of unlicensed commercial music are also prohibited.

Moderation and enforcement

The generation workflow uses a fixed service-defined prompt rather than accepting arbitrary user prompts. That prompt is checked by automated safety screening before generation, uploaded files are validated, and generation-provider safeguards also apply. Reports are reviewed by a human using the records and content that remain available under our retention policy.

We may reject an upload, stop generation, withhold or delete a result, revoke affected credits or private-link access, suspend service, preserve relevant records, and report apparent illegal activity when required by law. Enforcement may occur without advance notice when necessary to protect users or the public.

Report violating content

Email support@burningbridgesai.tools with the subject “Content safety report.” Describe the suspected violation and include an order reference or public location when available. Do not email suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery; provide only the information needed to locate it.

We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and complete an initial review within five business days. Urgent child-safety reports are prioritized for review within 24 hours. Complex cases or legally required preservation may take longer, and we will provide a status update when possible.

Appeals

If you believe content was restricted in error, email support@burningbridgesai.tools within 14 days with the relevant order reference and explanation. Appeals do not restore prohibited content while review is pending.
